Remember my review on Human Heart Nature's Flavored lip balm in Peppermint? (HumanHeart Nature Flavored Lip balm in Peppermint: A Product Review)  Well, here's my take on another variant, this time its Cola.

You know how much I love my lip balm in Peppermint, but sadly I don't think I can say the same thing about this one. The product smells good, like that of a cola drink, there's a hint of cola to taste but for some reason, this one feels sticky on my lips and looks kinda' oily. I just don't like how the product feels on my lips. I feel too that the Peppermint variant is more moisturizing. I don't know why, may be its just me. How could one lip balm be so good and the other one, not so much when they're both Human Hearts', only differing in flavor. May be Cola, isn't just my thing.

Final Opinion:

Honestly, I don't like the Cola variant. I'll just finish this tube and I won't purchase it again. But this does not deter me from trying the other flavors. Yes, I'll buy either Cherry or Grape next time.  Peppermint still remains my HG. ☺

Fact: Mosquitoes love me. I don't know why? May be my blood type? I'd be in a group, they'd get some bites or none at all, and me? I'll have all the bites! My thoughts about the products

Human Heart Nature Deet-free Lotion

• The product is effective! It does a good job of repelling away those mosquitoes. At day time, I re-apply like after 3-4 hours, 5 hours max but at night, I'd just put it before going to sleep and I wake up bite free. I can actually still smell the Citronella scent on my skin!
• It is safe, all natural with no toxic chemicals; deet-free. (Bears the Natural Products Association seal of naturalness for personal care products. 
• Does not cause me any irritation or allergic reaction unlike with the commercial mosquito lotions I used before which gave my skin a burning sensation and caused rashes.
• Spreads easily, a little goes a long way. Talk about economical! ☺  
• Budget friendly at Php 99.
• 100% of the profits from the product is used to fund poor farming communities and community development in the Philippines.

Cons? The Citronella smell may come off as too strong for some, but for me, I have no problem with that. It does not bother me at all.

• Just peel, stick and go. Convenient to use any time, any where. I always have this in my bag just in case I need one.
• Safe to use as you put this only on clothes or object/area near a person and not on skin.
• Non-toxic, deet-free
• Adheres well. Does not fall off easily.
• Does not stain clothes or leave any marks on objects.
• Long lasting, lasts me a day and so far, whenever I use this, I don't get any mosquito bites. 

Cons:

• Good for just a few uses. The pack only contains 6 sticker patches. Personally, I think its not the best choice if you want the most out of your money. I'd be sure to switch if I find something more economical out there. 

Overall ranking: I give this mosquito repellent stickers 4 out of 5 star rating.

Final Opinion on the products: 

I do recommend these products. It's a wise choice especially the Bug lotion from Human Heart Nature. I've been using it for years now. It is guaranteed effective and safe. I definitely wouldn't go for anything else. 

The mosquito sticker, I've been using for months, is also okay. 

These products are good especially for moms out there who wants to keep their children protected from mosquitoes. Gives you the peace of mind knowing your little ones are safe. 

I use the Bug lotion more often than the stickers. There are times at night when  I'll put lotion and still stick a patch to my bed hehehe.

 A day wouldn't pass without me reaching for my trusty sanitizer especially when I'm out and about. For sure, when on the go, I do not always have the means for soap and water so a sanitizer is always the next best thing to keeping my hands clean. It is essential that I always carry one inside my bag. 

I am glad that I get to know about HHN's all natural sanitizer. Since then, I made a big switch from using those chemically laden hand sanitizers to this organic, all-natural one from HHN and I never regretted it. (All thanks to my cousin who introduced me to this brand. My first ever HHN product was a tinted lip balm she gifted me on Christmas and the rest of my buying HHN products has been history ☺) 

I have tried all the variants except for Floral burst (I'm going to try it soon!) and I would have to say among those I've tried Citrus burst is my favorite. For me the scent is energizing and invigorating, sort of gives me the "happy feels" because of its lemony, citrusy smell. I least like the Cool burst variant not because of the smell but the way it feels on my hands. The cool, menthol sensation just seems too strong for me that it feels quite prickly or tingly.

The Fruit Burst is already empty! I wasn't able to include Cool burst
because I stripped the label and recycled the bottle. ☺ 

By far, this is the best sanitizer I've ever had. I've been using it for years and I'm sticking to it! Since its from HHN, you know that its all-natural, does not contain any harmful, synthetic ingredients so its never harsh on your skin. No drying feeling you get from the usual sanitizers with alcohols and other chemicals. Another great thing about it, is that it is also an all-around sanitizer! I use this to sanitize surfaces and stuffs such as my desk, lappy keyboard, cellphone and even on public toilets! I suggest you do not only have this in your bag but in your work place and at home too. You just cannot have too many of this sanitizer. 


Verdict:

• Serves many purposes, can be used on surfaces and stuffs. An all-around sanitizer!
• You can choose to your liking, comes in a variety of scents.

Cons: 

• I hope all sizes would be available in 250 ml for those who use it as all around sanitizer and loves other scents. 
• Would it be possible for it to come in refills? That's less plastic bottles for the environment.

Overall ranking: I give this sanitizer a 5 out of 5 star rating!

Final Opinion:

Winner of the best sanitizer award! (Well, at least for me! ☺) It is very useful and worth every centavo. If you are looking for a hand sanitizer, I recommend you try this one. HHN sanitizers are for keeps. ❤

My observations from the use of this deo:

• As it claims it did gave me 48 hr protection so no bad smell.
• I like that it is alcohol-free and stain-free.
• No darkening, irritation, rashes or whatsoever from using this deo.
• Roller ball glides smoothly on my underarms.
• Its good that it comes in a small 25 ml size for those who want to try it out first.
• My underarms remains sweaty, hasn't minimized it either, so I cannot say that it has kept sweat at bay. Did not protect me from wetness.
• I don't have dark underarms but I do have some dark spots/pigmentation from a few bumps here and there and I haven't noticed that it has lightened those spots.
• Feels quite wet and sticky. Takes some time to dry.
• I have chicken skin and it makes my underarm look rough. Having used up a bottle of this deo and half on my second bottle, I haven't really seen marked improvement or changes in my underarm's overall texture and appearance. 

Overall Ranking: I give this product a 3.8 out of 5 star rating. 

Final Opinion: 

It is an okay product for me, not bad. It may not have done much for my underarm but it did not cause any darkening or irritation either. More importantly, it protected me from odor for 48 hours. But I honestly wouldn't think twice of replacing it if I find something better.

For those who are looking for a deo that fights other underarm problems aside from odor, I recommend you give this one a try. It is affordable and comes in a small size, should you want to test it out first. It is from a reputable and trusted brand (Belo) too,  so you know its safe. Who knows this might just be the deo for you, that would solve your underarm problems. ☺

As I've said in my final opinion, its an okay product, okay enough for me to repurchase. I am now on my second roll on.

Many a times, I have experienced all sorts of odor clinging to my hair from smoke, pollution, to sweat and even the smell of foods! And naaah, I hate that when it happens, not to mention it is kind of embarrassing too. That is why this product is a savior for me. It has rescued my tresses from those moments. As you can see in the photo below, I'm on my second bottle. ☺

This product is a major thumbs up for me. I use it daily, mostly on damp hair, then any time of the day when I feel the need to freshen up my tresses. Really comes in handy when you are a commuter exposed to dust, pollution and heat. And when I say handy, it literally is handy! You can just stash it in your bag, its light weight, nothing bulky and you're good to go. You can give your hair a spritz any time, any where.

It comes in a clear, plastic, spray on bottle with a flowery sort of feminine design.

I love how it makes my hair smell good. The scent is nothing overpowering, just mild enough to leave your hair fragrant and eliminate any bad odor. The smell though doesn't last that long but it stays for a good hour or two on me and even longer if I'm not outdoors for long and isn't exposed to smoke or pollution. But its nothing bothersome, as it does the job well of freshening up my hair every time I need to. The product has never let me down. Aside from making my hair smell good, it also adds a slight sheen to it. The sheen it gives may not be like that of a hair shine but is enough for me to not use a separate product anymore. At this point, Vitress Hair Freshener is all I need. 

Verdict:

Pros: 

• It does what it claims to do - Eliminates unwanted odor. 
• I love the smell. Leaves my hair with a mild fragrance.
• No sticky - icky, itchy feeling, no residue whatsoever.
• Gives my hair a slight shine. To date, I'm not using any separate hair shine product.
• I like that it comes in a clear bottle. Spritzer is good, easy to press, sprays well with no leak. 
• Very affordable at Php 54.00! 
• Not hard to find as it can be bought in most leading stores. 
• Size is convenient to carry around.
• Proudly a quality product from the Philippines.

Cons:

• Smell isn't long lasting. But as I've mentioned, it actually isn't a disadvantage for me.

Overall ranking: I give this product a 5 out of 5 star rating!

Final Opinion:

I am very happy and satisfied that I found this local product. It works well, easy to use, is affordable and available in most stores. It is a travel must have for me. I recommend this to any one who wish to have something that could save their hair from unwanted odor and give it a clean, fragrant smell. I think this would be good for regular commuters out there who is exposed to pollution every day. For a climate like ours, this would also freshen up your hair from heat and sweat.

Will I repurchase?

I already did and will continue to do so. ☺At this point, I don't find anything I dislike in this product so I see it becoming a staple in my beauty must haves for quite sometime.

I've had my fair share of lip balms and of all the lip balms I've tried, I'd still go back to this one, my tried and true, from Human ❤ Nature. I love it because it is organic. It gives me peace of mind knowing that what I put on my body is safe and does not have harmful ingredients. It works best for me, never fails to nourish my lips and keep it from chapping, especially after I exfoliate my lips and apply this lip balm, my lips just feels clean and well-moisturized. I use it any time of the day when I feel the need to and as base for lipstick too. It has also been my ritual to use it every night before going to sleep and I always wake up to soft, supple lips in the morning.

The texture and feel of this lip balm was never greasy nor waxy. It is not heavy and sticky, no bad taste or whatsoever. I love how the Peppermint variant feels cool and minty on my lips. I have yet to try the other flavors. The product comes in the typical lip balm tube with a decent  4 g of product. You twist the bottom of the tube and the balm would come out. The packaging is simple  and displays the ingredients, expiration date and manufacturer info. 

The best thing about this lip balm is that it is 100% natural, no harmful chemicals that could damage your lips with long term use. It is safe and good not only for you but for the environment as well. I admire the brand for their advocacy too; Pro - Philippines, Pro-poor and Pro-environment.

As much as I can, I prefer to buy organic products and I am glad that there is a brand of affordable natural products like Human ❤Nature. So don't be surprised if you see me review other products from this brand. This is just the first from the many others to come. ☺

Cons:

I think it would be better if the product has a plastic seal or some sort of protective covering.

Overall ranking: I am giving this lip balm a 4.5 out of 5 star rating!

Final opinion:

I love this product. A holy grail for me. If you are looking for a good quality lip balm, all natural without the synthetic and harmful chemicals at an affordable price - this is for you.  Gets the job well done! I recommend you try it especially for students on a budget and lip balm junkies out there. 

Will I repurchase? A sure yes! I actually bought this lip balm a couple of times already. I just haven't tried the other flavors yet. I'm thinking of buying grapefruit next. ☺
